All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Non-personalized apparel may be exchanged within 21 days of purchase and must be in excellent, un-worn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and re-saleable condition. Please call customer service at (404) 432.6606 for assistance.

We stand behind and are proud of our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unless we have made an error in the processing of your order, personalized items cannot be returned. We would ask that extreme care be exercised when ordering personalized items. For items that are non-personalized, returns must be received within 21 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the purchaser's original form of payment or issued as store credit. Please note that non-personalized apparel must not be worn, washed, damaged or used. These items must also be returned with tags intact and still attached to the clothing. Discounted or sale items are final and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Non-personalized items are processed within 72 hours (3 days).

Personalized apparel items are processed within 3-5 business days.

Typical shipping timeframes range from 3-7 days, and orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Expedited Processing Times:

Non-personalized rush orders - within 24-48 hours (1-2 days).

Personalized apparel - within 24-72 hours (1-3 days).
